I had the best sushi last night. I tried all kinds of things that I have never tried in the US and it was awesome! In the US, sushi can be hit or miss depending on the day and the sushi chef. I have yet to have bad sushi so far here in Japan. There is probably too much competition here, so mediocre sushi restaurants can't survive.
I'm returning home a day early since my work is finished. My goal for the rest of the trip? Eat as much sushi as I can!
