I crossed the street just in time to see this race.

They ran around and around the palace area.

Not sure how long this race was.

All the trees in the gardens looked like giant bonsai trees


This is the moat and bridge that connects the Palace area to the real world.
The bridge was blocked off and you couldn't get much closer to the Imperial Palace.
